"Imagine an artist blessed with a virtuosity rivaling the prissy court painters of Versailles. Imagine an artist rummaging through time discovering the lost thoughts of Lascaux cave painters..."Steampunk gears, crowns, Alice in Wonderland cutouts, dolls, door knockers, butterflies, keys (the door kind and typewriter keys, too) vintage tickets -- even aviation instrument parts. You'll find all that and more at Scott's shop.
And now, I wanna give a shoutout to myself cause I actually accomplished one of my New Year goals -- already, for real! Yes, I created a Facebook page for FrenchKissed. I understand that some of you are averse to Facebook. I understand! Over the holidays, The Hubby and I watched "Social Network," the story about how Facebook was created. My chest had a knot of anxiety the whole time I was watching it. Something about watching Harvard students have sex in bathrooms, snort cocaine and be obsessed with status really disturbed me! I seriously considered deleting my personal page.
But as one friend told me, "We stay on Facebook so we can communicate with our kids." Pitiful, I know, but .. the truth.
And also, to be honest, I'm hoping that Facebook can give my business the exposure it needs, so that folks can find me!
I plan to use the Facebook site to post and share links to all sorts of things: French items in the news, Etsy treasuries -- just little quick tidbits and fun reads. So if you are on Facebook, please "Like" me and share my page with your friends!

Hi Trishia!
I’m a very irregular Facebook-er but I’ll certainly go and “like” you. I hope it brings you a lot of business.
Can you have a Facebook page for a business or blog without having a personal Facebook page. I miiiight do it then...maybe.
You are so..totally right about the F.B. connection. I started to stay in touch with my sons, then it grew to friends I hadn't seen in years.
Now I'm doing the same, and creating my own page for my work.
At least we're honest, and it's true, it's where folks go to learn and buy. The internet.
It's OK. That's how we all find each other, and how lucky we are..
I'll "LIKE" your page right away!
Best of luck and Happy New Year too!

i'll go over and "like" you now!!!!!
scott's work is great..i'll go check him out!xo
Ann, that is AWESOME!! The next time I'm tempted to talk smack about Facebook, I'll remember that when it does GOOD, it does it well:)Facebook has also been attributed to preventing crimes, stopping abuse, helping prevent suicide. I guess Facebook is like a double-edged sword. It is what we make it.
Facebook is apparently also cited in 40% of divorce cases!
I keep thinking of leaving it too - but it really is a good way of keeping in touch with people as casually or as intense as you like! I just have the occasional cull of linked people instead whenever I reach 300 friends! I'm soooo bad!
Have 'liked' you over on FB my dear ;-) x
